Who Can Join?

• Anyone 14+ who wants to build confidence, learn how to defend themselves and get in a stellar shape

A couple of things to keep in mind:

1. Punctuality is key. Aim to arrive a little early to give yourself time to settle in.

2. Wear your comfortable gym clothes - Rash Guards Recommended 

3. Leave jewelry behind. For safety, please remove any sharp jewelry, earrings, rings, watches, etc. 

If the unexpected happens and you need to reschedule, no sweat. Just give us a shout at least 48 hours ahead of time.
