CANCELLATION POLICY
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:
Students seeking to cancel their Membership are required to submit a request in writing to info@jerichotactical.com at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the intended cancellation. A refund will not be made in an event that a billing cycle occurs during the fourteen (14) days of notice. ​ Exceptions to these policies may be made on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Jericho Tactical Academy, LLC. Jericho reserves the right to change or amend these policies at any time.

PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATION:
Students seeking to cancel their Private Lessons must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lessons to receive a refund. A refund will not be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours of the lesson.

RESCHEDULE A COURSE/SEMINAR:
If you need to reschedule a class MORE than twenty (20) days before your scheduled class date, you may reschedule (transfer to another class) one time without any fee. If you need to reschedule a second time, the fee is $30.00 for a three(3) hour class, $50.00 for a five (5) hour class and above. After a second rescheduling, no further transfers or refunds are permitted.
If you need to reschedule a class LESS than twenty (20) days before your scheduled class date, the fee is $30.00 for a three(3) hour class, $50.00 for a five (5) hour class and above. Only one reschedule will be allowed with less than two (2) weeks before your scheduled class date. All rescheduling requests must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class.
CANCEL A COURSE/SEMINAR:
If you need to cancel a class more than twenty (20) days before your scheduled class date, you may cancel and request a refund of the purchase price. Classes cannot be canceled less than twenty (20) days before your scheduled class date. Exceptions to these policies may be made on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the Jericho Tactical Academy, LLC and must be put in writing. Jericho reserves the right to change or amend these policies at any time.

ACADEMY CANCELLATION:
In rare circumstances, Jericho may need to cancel a class. If this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option of either a full refund or a move to another course of the same value. Exceptions to these policies may be made on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Jericho Tactical Academy, LLC. Jericho reserves the right to change or amend these policies at any time.
