Our Approach to Fitness

OUR APPROACH

Fitness is a lifeline. It allows us to perform better in life physically and mentally. We train with a purpose! We started our Tactical Fitness Program to fill a gap for people who want to train in functional fitness while elevating their hand-to-hand combatives skills and shooting performance. We believe with certainty  that fitness is key to be able to defend yourself and others. It allows us to stay longer in the fight while maintaining a clear mind. In addition, our TF program is perfect for people who  wants to establish a good fitness levels prior to starting Combatives Training. Our community push each other and support one another to crush their goal. We train people from all walks of life and believe that everyone should be training functionally and with a purpose.

IMPROVEMENT IN SHOOTING  &  COMBATIVES

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our academy is seated on 100 acre farm with an indoor / outdoor capability so prepare to enjoy our outdoor trails as well as our fully equipped indoor gym.  A typical TF session will start with a short warmup, continue to a strength & conditioning segment and finish with a fast-paced strength or cardio segment. In addition, in every TF class we include a Pistol / Carbine SIM shooting portion and  physical concepts related directly to Combatives.  Classes are 45min - 60min  long. We will push you to perform the best the you can without feeling like you have to compete with others. This is your training journey and we respect that.
