TacFIT
TacFit is a 60-min "Lift, Run, Shoot" workout session. Our sessions focus on strength, cardio, mobility, and shooting fundamentals. We incorporate elements of combat fitness such as Boxing, Krav Maga, Crossfit, and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to elevate your fitness level! You will get to experience our one of a kind indoor/outdoor academy to add additional elements that will help you crush your fitness goals.
Prerequisite
- Students must be 16+

- Please wear comfortable gym clothing, closed shoes (no flip flops or sandals)
