DEFENSIVE PISTOL & RIFLE FOCUS COURSE

This two-day focus course will introduce you to viable defensive applications of Pistol and Rifle. You will be exposed to intermediate manipulations of your defensive tools and learn the strength and weaknesses of each. Jericho's instructors will guide you to act when disengagement is not an option, the importance of situational awareness and legal applications of your defensive tools in a civilian environment. In these two days, you will also participate in an extensive scenario-based force on force training that will emphasis the importance of judgement under stress, use of cover and concealment, and defensive tactics around structures and vehicles.

Prerequisite

• Jericho's Basic Pistol Course or equivalent,
• Concealed Carry Handgun Course of any state,
• Jericho's Basic Rifle Course or equivalent.

  Required Equipment

• Students are required to bring ONE defensive pistol and ONE rifle to this course.
• IWB Holster
• Extra Magazines - 2 Pistol Magazines, 2 Rifle Magazines
• Pistol magazine pouches
• Rifle Sling
• MAGNIFIED OPTICS ARE NOT PERMITTED FOR THIS COUSE. NON-MAGNIFICATION RED DOTS ONLY!
• Thick belt (at least 1 1/2" Thick)
• Please wear long pants with pockets, closed shoes (no flip flops or sandals), T-shirt or button-up shirt (no V-neck shirts) BRING A LONG SLEEVE JACKET FOR FORCE ON FORCE TRAINING – MANDATORY.
• Eyes and Ears protection.
