Krav Maga Trial Class

We invite you to join our Krav Maga Introductory class where you'll meet our instructors and get an overview of Krav Maga principles, learn basic self-defense moves, and learn the essentials from the ground up. The Intro Session is not just about punches and kicks. It's about understanding the principles behind self-defense and applying them into real-life scenarios. We will also explain about our different training paths, ranking, gear required, and what makes a good Krav practitioner. This is the starting point! 

Krav Maga is our signature program that combines elements of Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu with a strong emphasis on Modern Krav Maga in an urban environment. If you want to learn how to defend yourself and your loved ones and ready to dive into a training routine to establish confidence, discipline, and high levels of mastery, This program is for you!

Who Can Join?

• Anyone 15+ who wants to build confidence, learn how to defend themselves and get in a stellar shape

A couple of things to keep in mind:

1. Punctuality is key. Aim to arrive a little early to give yourself time to settle in.

2. Wear your comfortable gym clothes and closed shoes. 

3. Leave jewelry behind. For safety, please remove any sharp jewelry, earrings, rings, watches, etc. 

If the unexpected happens and you need to reschedule, no sweat. Just give us a shout at least 48 hours ahead of time.
